Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 10+ years of relevant architectural experience.
• Proven experience leading architectural design teams and complex projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design activities from concept through detailed design and delivery.
• Develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically strong architectural solutions aligned with project objectives.
• Lead and mentor architects, designers, CAD specialists, and other design team members.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, layouts, specifications, and documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead design reviews, presentations, workshops, and client/stakeholder meetings.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other relevant design software.
• Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within demanding timelines.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market is highly desirable.
