Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilledand experienced Lead Technical Architect / Technologist to join a dynamicaward-winning multi-disciplined company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will haveextensive expertise in technical architecture and architectural design, with astrong command of Revit. This role is perfect for a technically proficientindividual with the ability to lead complex projects and deliver innovativearchitectural solutions. The Lead Technical Architect will play a pivotal rolein the design, development, and execution of projects while providing guidanceto junior architects and technologists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Project Oversight: Lead and managethe technical design process for architectural projects fromconceptualization through to construction. Provide strategic direction andtechnical oversight to ensure design solutions meet both client expectationsand project goals.
  
• Revit Expertise: Use Revit as the primary tool forcreating detailed architectural models, plans, elevations, and sections.Manage the creation of parametric models, 3D visualization, and technicaldrawings to the highest standard.
  
• Design Development & Detailing: Take ownershipof the technical development and detailing of architectural solutions.Ensure accuracy and clarity in all technical documentation and drawings,while adhering to local and international building codes and standards.
  
• Coordination Across Disciplines: Work closely withother design and engineering disciplines (e.g., structural, MEP) tointegrate all technical aspects of a project. Coordinate and resolvetechnical challenges in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
  
• Technical Review: Perform comprehensive technicalreviews of all architectural and engineering documents to ensurecompliance with regulatory standards and project specifications.

Requirements
