Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services in Dubai is seeking a Lead Architect to drive architectural design from concept through construction supervision for flagship projects. You will coordinate approvals with Dubai authorities and lead design teams to ensure program, budget and quality targets are met.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, 12+ years in design leadership, and hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit and BIM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.
• Proven experience leading design teams with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
• Hands-on experience with Dubai authority approvals, UAE SOE membership, and DM registration as Practicing Architect.
• Engineering Consultancy experience within the GCC, UAE, UK, or USA.

• Manage Dubai authority/master-developer approvals including DM, DCD, Trakhees, Emaar, Nakheel and Dubai Holding, acting as the client’s key design contact.
• Lead architects/BIM modelers and manage multiple high-profile projects against programme, budget and design-quality requirements.
• Coordinate Architecture with MEP, Structural and Infrastructure teams and provide tender/construction-stage technical support.
