Job summary

Sanad Aerotech in Abu Dhabi leads the Engine Operations unit at Gate 0&1, directing disassembly, assembly, and inspection in strict alignment with approved data and HS&E standards. The role acts as Approval Holder, guiding a team toward safe, compliant operations and continuous improvement.

The candidate will manage engine programs, develop technicians, and drive Lean initiatives to address variances from plans while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance within a demanding aerospace

Qualifications

3–5 years in technical aviation or MRO.
At least 1 year in first-line management.
High school diploma with aviation/engineering training; D3 or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Aero Engine MRO processes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead total engine management, dedicating ≈50% of time to compliance with aviation and HS&E.
Promote ethical leadership and transparent culture as Approval Holder.
Support technician development and manage resources with supervision for efficiency.
Provide customer support and drive Lean-based improvements.
Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance across activities.
