Accorhotel is seeking a Laundry Attendant Valet in Abu Dhabi to collect, process and deliver guest laundry and dry-cleaning items while maintaining high standards of care and service. The role focuses on accurate recording, timely delivery, and courteous guest interaction.

Candidates should have good communication and English skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays. Prior hotel laundry experience is advantageous.

• Previous experience in a hotel laundry department or a similar role is an advantage.

• Deliver clean and pressed garments to guest rooms promptly
• Coordinate with the Laundry Department to ensure timely processing and delivery
• Handle guest garments carefully and maintain confidentiality of guest belongings
• Respond politely to guest inquiries and communicate any delays or special requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry valet area

The Laundry Attendant Valet is responsible for collecting checking recording and delivering guest laundry and dry-cleaning items in accordance with hotel standards The role ensures that all guest garments are handled with care processed accurately and returned within the required timeframe while providing excellent guest service
