Job summary

Centro Sharjah is seeking a proactive Laundry Attendant to ensure timely laundry service for guests and uphold the highest standards.

You will follow hotel and laundry department policies, handle flat irons safely, feed linens, fold sheets and towels, and cooperate with supervisors on assigned duties.

The role requires attentiveness to safety procedures and a collaborative attitude in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure laundry service is met on time and with high quality.
• Follow hotel and laundry department policies to maintain standards.
• Safely manage flat iron and feed linens.
• Fold bed sheets and towels according to standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Superiors.
• Be familiar with fire and safety procedures and adhere to them.

As a Laundry Attendant you are responsible to ensure that laundry service, required by our guest is met on time and with the highest possible standards, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:

• Ensure that the policies and procedures of hotel and laundry department are followed
• Work with conciseness in order to give the best results and good quality of work
• Manage proper care of flat iron being used
• Feed food & beverage linen to the flat iron
• Fold bed sheets and towels as per hotel standards
• Responsible when assigned to perform any other duties by Superiors
• Be full conversant with fire and safety procedures and adhere to them
