Job summary

Al Sayyar Technical Service LLC is seeking a Landscape Project Manager to coordinate all project phases, manage timelines and budgets, and translate client vision into detailed designs. You will supervise on-site teams, assess site conditions and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

The role requires leadership, multilingual communication, and proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp with MS Project. Experience with large-scale landscaping and PMP/LICM certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all phases of landscape projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations using project management software.
  • Collaborate with clients to translate vision into actionable landscape designs.
  • Conduct site assessments and report on soil, drainage and environmental factors.
  • Source and manage suppliers and subcontractors for quality materials and skilled labor.
  • Monitor progress with regular site visits to ensure conformance with design specs and safety.
  • Prepare proposals with design concepts, timelines and cost estimates for clients.
  • Implement sustainable practices, using native plants and eco-friendly solutions.
  • Resolve conflicts during execution and adapt plans for successful outcomes.
  • Maintain contracts, change orders and correspondence for traceability.

Job description

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence for future reference and accountability.

  • Ability to speak multiple languages considered an asset, especially in multicultural environments.

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse groups of workers on-site.

  • Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability, allowing for quick adjustments in response to changing project dynamics.

  • Proficiency in landscape design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp, as well as project management tools like Microsoft Project.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration with clients, teams, and stakeholders.

  • Strong knowledge of local regulations and environmental compliance standards, ensuring projects meet legal requirements.

  • Experience in managing large‑scale landscaping projects, showcasing the ability to handle complexity and scale effectively.

  • Professional certifications such as Landscape Industry Certified Manager (LICM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.

  • Candidates with CIVIL and Agricultural Background are eligible.
