Job summary

Tiger Recruitment is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer with a strong background in landscape projects to join a leading Dubai-based landscape construction company. You will manage design coordination, installation, and execution of MEP systems for irrigation networks, water features, pools, fountains, outdoor lighting and related infrastructure across high-end developments in the UAE.

The role requires at least 5 years of UAE landscape MEP experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an MEP Engineer in landscape construction in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, water features, pools, fountains, drainage and outdoor lighting.
• Experience coordinating MEP works on luxury residential, hospitality, commercial or public landscape developments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; BIM/Revit is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all MEP activities from design through to completion.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance.
• Coordinate installation of irrigation, water features, pools, lighting, pumps and filtration.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Prepare submittals, method statements, RFIs, and shop drawings.
• Monitor site progress, quality and safety to meet standards.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover of MEP systems.
• Assist in project planning, procurement and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and standards.

*** Must be based in the UAE Our client, a leading landscape construction company based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer with a strong background in landscape projects to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design coordination, installation, and execution of MEP systems for high-end landscape developments, including irrigation networks, water features, pools, fountains, outdoor lighting, and associated infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity to work on prestigious residential, commercial, hospitality, and public realm projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all MEP activities for landscape construction projects from design through to completion.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate the installation of irrigation systems, water features, swimming pools, fountains, drainage, outdoor lighting, pumps, filtration systems, and related MEP works.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety to ensure works are completed to the required standards.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
• Assist in project planning, procurement, and cost control.
• Ensure all works comply with UAE regulations, project specifications, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an MEP Engineer, with significant experience in landscape construction projects within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, water features, pools, fountains, drainage, outdoor lighting, and landscape MEP services.
• Experience coordinating MEP works on luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, or public landscape developments.
• Sound understanding of UAE construction practices and local authority requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with BIM/Revit is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
