Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage labor relations between workers and management.
• Serve as liaison to facilitate labor-management communication channels.
• Plan and organize labor union activities, meetings and projects.
• Coordinate visa processes for expatriates, renewals and related documentation.
• Interact with authorities (TECOM, DAFZA, JAFZA, MOHRE, GDRFA, DDA) as needed.
• Respond to staff visa/labour/passport queries and represent the company at relevant locations.
