Job summary

AW Rostamani Group is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator exclusively for UAE Nationals. The role coordinates and supports all L&D activities, manages the LMS, and coordinates training programs across entities to ensure standards and KPIs are met.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in HR (CIPD preferred) and 2–3 years in L&D or related HR functions, with strong communication and Excel/PowerPoint skills. UAE Family Book eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR (preferably)
• CIPD qualification preferred
• 2-3 years in Learning & Development or related HR function
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with LMS administration
• Knowledge of Assessment Centers is an advantage
• Strong organizational and reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, administer, and support all L&D activities across the business
• Support annual Training Needs Analysis and Learning Plan
• Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Coordinate online and classroom learning programs
• Liaise with external training providers
• Track and report on training participation, effectiveness, and KPIs
• Support Emiratization development programs and IDPs
• Ensure L&D processes, standards, and best practices are applied
• Support employee engagement and broader HR initiatives
• Analyze training effectiveness and provide recommendations
