Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Senior Performance Creative to own paid static and cross-format video for Kraken Consumer across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X. You’ll lead from concept to multi-market assets, blending AI with human craft in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

You’ll report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, collaborate with Product Marketing and regional teams, and set the standard for performance-driven creative.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating paid static, video cuts and AI-generated work.
• Evidence of performance testing and data-driven iterations.
• Layout, typography, and multi-language thumbnail design skills.
• Platform-native justification for different builds on Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Experience producing end-to-end video from concept to finished cut with sound design.

Responsibilities

• Own paid static for Kraken Consumer across launches and always-on campaigns.
• Create performance video sets across 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 formats.
• Produce AI-assisted imagery and know when AI helps or hinders.
• Localize assets across markets and regulatory requirements.
• Lead with briefs and develop winners into reusable pillars.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams.
• Maintain craft standards and clean file organization.
