Kraken is seeking an experienced leader to spearhead its global KOL program, leveraging deep crypto expertise and a strong influencer network. You will build the strategy, lead a regional BD team, and shape partnerships across markets.

You will scale sourcing, contracting, and management of KOLs, ensure regulatory compliance, and negotiate high-value deals to grow Kraken’s user base while delivering measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the crypto space with KOL program experience.
• Proven ability to grow new users in regulated environments.
• Strong network with crypto influencers.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Kraken's global KOL strategy and execution.
• Scale processes to source, contract, and manage KOLs with ROI focus.
• Ensure compliance with financial influencer laws worldwide.
• Negotiate deals attractive in a competitive KOL space.
