Job summary

Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan in Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive Kitchen Steward to support our busy F&B operations. You will clean and maintain food preparation areas, storage rooms, and service spaces, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met at all times.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and able to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced hotel environment. A vocational background in F&B and fluent English are desirable to coordinate with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Vocational training in food & beverage and experience as Kitchen Steward.
• English language ability is essential.
• Hands-on, hardworking and calm under pressure.
• Able to adapt in a busy hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk-in fridges, kitchen utensils, immediate corridors and holding areas.
• Work in close cooperation with kitchen and service staff.
• Work as per duty schedule and shifts.
• Perform all stewarding tasks as per given instructions.
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage.
