Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan is hiring a proactive Kitchen Steward to join our Food & Beverage team in Ras al-Khaimah.

The role involves cleaning food preparation and storage areas, equipment, and service spaces; collaborating closely with kitchen and service staff; following rotating duty schedules and shifts; performing stewarding duties as instructed; and helping to minimize waste and spoilage in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Vocational training in food & beverage preferred.
• Experience as Kitchen Steward.
• English proficiency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk-in fridges, kitchen utensils, corridors and holding areas.
• Work in close cooperation with kitchen and service staff; follow duty schedules and shifts.
• Perform stewarding tasks and help minimize wastage, breakage and spoilage.
