Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Kitchen Steward / Cleaner in Abu Dhabi to maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, assist with dishwashing, and support the kitchen team.

This full-time role requires experience in restaurant or hotel stewarding, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a reliable, hardworking attitude. UAE/GCC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hotel stewarding experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dishwashing and kitchen cleaning procedures.
• Understanding of basic hygiene and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Clean kitchen equipment according to instructions.
• Maintain dishwashing areas in an organised condition.
• Handle and dispose of waste correctly.
• Follow hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Support cleaning activities before, during and after service.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
• Assist the kitchen team with general cleaning requirements.
• Maintain a clean kitchen throughout service.

Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking Kitchen Steward / Cleanerwith previous restaurant or hotel experience to maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene for one of our prestigious client based in Abu Dhabi,UAE.

The role includes dishwashing, cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils, waste handling, and maintaining clean kitchen areas throughout service.

Key Responsibilities
