Job summary

Redford Recruiters seeks a Kitchen Steward / Cleaner in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with restaurant or hotel experience to uphold high standards of kitchen cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene for one client. This role covers dishwashing, equipment cleaning and waste handling across service periods.

The incumbent will maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, handle waste, and follow hygiene protocols while supporting the kitchen team with general cleaning duties during busy service times.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hotel stewarding experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dishwashing and kitchen cleaning procedures.
• Understanding of basic hygiene and sanitation.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit for stewarding duties.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Clean kitchen equipment according to instructions.
• Maintain dishwashing areas in an organised condition.
• Handle and dispose of waste correctly.
• Follow hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Support cleaning activities before, during and after service.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
• Assist the kitchen team with general cleaning requirements.
• Maintain a clean kitchen throughout service.

Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking Kitchen Steward / Cleaner with previous restaurant or hotel experience to maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene for one of our prestigious client based in Abu Dhabi,UAE.

The role includes dishwashing, cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils, waste handling, and maintaining clean kitchen areas throughout service.
