Job summary

• Efficiently wash and sanitize all dishes, cookware, and utensils, ensuring sparkling results and a constant supply for kitchen operations, contributing directly to smooth service.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, understanding proper loading techniques, chemical usage, and troubleshooting minor issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Organize and store clean dishes, equipment, and supplies in designated areas, optimizing space and ensuring easy access for kitchen staff, supporting their workflow.

Desired Candidate Profile
