Job summary

Al Ain Rotana is seeking dynamic Food & Beverage professionals to advance their careers. You will clean all food handling and storage areas, work with kitchen and service staff, follow duty rosters, and perform stewarding tasks to minimize wastage and damage.

The ideal candidate has vocational training in F&B with previous Kitchen Steward experience, and fluent English. You will thrive in a busy environment, stay focused under pressure, and demonstrate teamwork and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Vocational training in food & beverage with experience as a Kitchen Steward.
• English language proficiency is essential.
• Hands-on, hardworking and committed with ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk-in fridge, kitchen utensils, immediate corridors and holding areas and operation equipment.
• Work in close cooperation with all kitchen and service employees.
• Work as per duty schedule and shifts.
• Perform stewarding tasks as instructed.
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage.

• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage

Skills

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should ideally have a vocational training in food & beverage with previous experiences as a Kitchen Steward. Command of English is essential.
