Job summary

DAMAC Hills 2 Hotel is seeking dynamic Food & Beverage professionals to advance their careers as Kitchen Stewards. You will clean food processing areas, storage, and kitchen utensils, and work closely with kitchen and service teams.

English is essential; vocational training in F&B and prior Kitchen Steward experience are preferred. You will follow duty schedules, maintain hygiene, and minimize wastage while supporting a high-standard hospitality operation.

Qualifications

• Vocational training in F&B as preferred qualification.
• Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward is preferred.
• Command of English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk-in fridges, kitchen utensils, immediate corridors and holding areas as well as operation equipment.
• Work in close cooperation with all kitchen and service employees.
• Work as per duty schedule and shifts.
• Perform all stewarding tasks as per given instructions.
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage.

Skills
