Job summary

Rotana Hotels is seeking dynamic, self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals for Beach Bay Hotel Al Mirfa in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on maintaining clean food processing facilities, storage areas and equipment, and supporting kitchen and service teams during duty shifts.

Applicants should be prepared to perform stewarding tasks as instructed, minimize waste and breakage, and uphold health and safety standards in a busy hotel environment on the Abu Dhabi coast.

Responsibilities

• Clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk in fridge’s, kitchen utensils, immediate corridors and holding areas as well as the operation equipment
• Work in close cooperation with all kitchen and service employees
• Work as per duty schedule and shifts
• Perform all stewarding tasks as per given instructions
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage
