Job Summary

• Ensure efficient operation in quality, speed, and accuracy to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Manage kitchen controls such as labor cost, inventory, stock management, scheduling, and purchasing
• Follow and enforce compliance with all restaurant safety, sanitation, and safety policies in accordance with local codes
• Maintain a collaborative and unified working relationship between management and kitchen staff
• Assist in staff development, training, retention, and engagement within the kitchen

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Age 40 years and below
• At least 3 years of experience in restaurant or cloud kitchen operations and management
• Strong understanding of food legislation, relevant codes of practice, quality standards, health, and safety regulations
• Experience in at least 3 of the following cuisines: American, Arabic, Lebanese, Italian, Asian, Pastry
