Qualifications

• Age 40 or under.
• At least 3 years' experience in restaurant or cloud kitchen operations and kitchen management.
• Strong knowledge of food regulations, codes of practice, quality standards, health and safety regulations.
• Experience in at least 3 of the following cuisines: American, Arabic, Lebanese, Italian, Asian, Bakery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation with high quality, rate and precision to meet client expectations.
• Manage kitchen controls including labor, supply, and inventory, scheduling and ordering daily.
• Adhere to and implement safety, sanitation, and municipality codes.
• Assist Area Manager/S.K Supervisor in setting and achieving kitchen targets and food consistency.
• Support growth, training, development, retention and engagement of kitchen staff.
• Assess staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Maintain cooperative relationships between management and kitchen staff.
• Ensure effective communication through cycle meetings.
