Responsibilities include preparing food and beverages per recipes, maintaining hygiene, proper storage/rotation (FIFO), monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with the Kitchen In-Charge during peak hours. Uniform and personal hygiene are essential.

• Prepare food and beverages as per company recipes and standards.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and rotation of food items (FIFO).
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Kitchen In-Charge.
• Follow preparation schedules and ensure timely order completion.
• Minimise food wastage and maintain portion control.
• Follow company SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Support kitchen team members during peak hours.
• Maintain personal hygiene and wear the prescribed uniform.
