Tashas Group in Dubai seeks committed kitchen staff to support prep, production and station duties across the kitchen. You will follow recipes, measure ingredients, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in a professional kitchen is valued; hold an Occupational Health Card and recognised food hygiene certification is required to ensure Dubai Municipality compliance.

• Prep & Production: Complete all required preparation before doors open and service begins.
• Follow recipes and production methods exactly; no guessing or improvising.
• Weigh and portion ingredients accurately to NALA standards.
• Record batch sizes and communicate adjustments to supervisor.
• Monitor stock levels and flag low or missing items immediately.
• Produce food with care, quality, presentation and specification.
• Hygiene & Food Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen at all times; follow Dubai standards.
