Anantara Hotels & Resorts is seeking a kitchen team member at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort in Dubai. The role involves assisting in the preparation and service of food, and ensuring mise-en-place for the outlets.

It requires adherence to Anantara's presentation guidelines and maintaining high standards of cleanliness for a hygienic guest experience. You will maintain food safety practices, manage dating and storage, and participate in departmental training to raise service levels.

Responsabilidades

• To assist in the preparation & service of food and mise-en-place for outlets.
• Adhere to food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure quality.
• Keep all working areas clean and tidy to maintain hygienic surroundings.
• Maintain food safety standards, dating, storage and rotation.
• Look after hotel property and facilities and participate in training.
• Adhere to hygiene, grooming, fire safety and health rules.
• Support in enforcing departmental checklists and cleaning schedules.
