KG Teacher Assistant – Early Years (Dubai, UAE) is a full‑time education role supporting classroom teachers, managing young learners, and maintaining a safe, positive learning environment. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and experience working with kindergarten students. Applicants must be physically present in the UAE and immediate joiners are preferred. Salary ranges from 2,500 to 4,000 AED per month (market estimate).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the KG teacher with daily classroom activities, routines, and student supervision.
• Support young children during learning tasks, play‑based activities, group work, and classroom transitions.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Assist with classroom management by helping students follow instructions, routines, and behavior expectations.
• Support students with basic learning activities, communication, social interaction, and confidence building.
• Help prepare classroom materials, worksheets, displays, learning resources, and activity areas.
• Supervise students during arrival, dismissal, break times, playtime, and other school routines when required.
• Provide patient and caring support to children who need additional attention or guidance.
• Communicate professionally with teachers, staff, and students to support smooth classroom operations.
• Assist in monitoring student behavior, participation, and wellbeing during classroom activities.
• Support inclusive classroom practices by responding to individual student needs with patience and understanding.
• Help organize classroom supplies, student materials, and teaching resources.
• Follow school policies related to child safety, safeguarding, hygiene, discipline, and student care.
• Perform other classroom support duties assigned by the teacher or school leadership.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• Previous experience as a KG Teacher Assistant, classroom assistant, nursery assistant, or early years support staff is preferred.
• Experience working with young children is an advantage.
• Patience, kindness, and understanding when supporting kindergarten students.
• Good communication skills for interacting with students, teachers, and school staff.
• Ability to assist with classroom management and daily student routines.
• Child‑friendly, responsible, and able to maintain a calm and positive approach.
