Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations leaders to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will work remotely on flexible 5-20 hour weeks with ASAP start, earning $90 per hour.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations, with ownership of production capacity planning, BOM packages, or quality control processes.
• Knowledge of root cause failure analysis, equipment maintenance planning, and supplier qualification standards in regulated environments.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop and refine production capacity models, BOM packages, QC checklists, and supplier qualification packages using AI outputs.
