Job summary

Lockton MENA is seeking a Junior Wellbeing Associate to support planning, coordination, and delivery of corporate wellbeing programs for Tier 3 & 4 clients. You will collaborate with clients, providers, and internal teams to ensure successful execution while delivering excellent administrative support.

The role focuses on program development, client communications, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and professional client service.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in health and wellbeing demonstrated via studies, work, or personal interest.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Commitment to confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with client focus.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client wellbeing program planning, coordination and delivery for Tier 3 & 4 clients.
• Assist in researching wellbeing trends and contribute ideas for new initiatives and campaigns.
• Handle logistical and administrative requirements for wellbeing programs including scheduling and venue arrangements.
• Prepare client communications, event invitations, and follow-up materials while supporting reporting.
• Collaborate with People Solutions and other internal departments to deliver wellbeing services.
