Job summary

Knight Frank MENA in Dubai is seeking a Graduate Valuer to support our Residential Valuation service line. The role focuses on residential instructions, site inspections, and producing valuation reports under supervision.

You will gain exposure to UAE markets, work toward the APC route with MRICS, and develop research skills while building professional networks with clients and industry bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or MRICS route in progress.
• Experience in real estate environment preferred; knowledge of construction and defects advantageous.
• Willingness to learn, take on responsibilities, and develop professionally.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong report writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business line and gain knowledge of the sector.
• Undertake valuation work and research for UAE properties.
• Undertake property inspections and write valuation reports.
• Attend events to promote the department and build networks with clients and professionals.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with Knight Frank procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to support cross-selling opportunities.
