Job summary

Peak Energy Solutions, Abu Dhabi-based, seeks a Junior Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

This outside-sales role focuses on customer visits, prospecting, developing new accounts and generating sales opportunities across the UAE. You will engage with engineers, end users, and procurement teams, promote our industrial products, and learn the technical features of our portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or other relevant discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience welcome to apply.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• UAE driving licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities across the UAE.
• Conduct regular customer visits, with a minimum of two days per week dedicated to outside sales activities.
• Proactively approach potential customers through calls, visits, networking and prospecting.
• Arrange meetings with engineers, end users, procurement teams and other decision-makers.
• Promote pumps, valves, instrumentation, oilfield equipment and other industrial products represented by the company.
• Learn the technical features and applications of the company's product portfolio.
• Identify suitable customers and applications for each product line.
• Follow up leads, RFQs, quotations and opportunities through to closure.
• Coordinate with international manufacturers and the internal team on customer requirements.
• Support product presentations and technical meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, opportunities and follow-up activities.
• Work toward assigned customer visit, opportunity development and sales targets.
