Flip retail in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Jr. Systems Engineer to provide both technical and administrative support.

You will offer level-one IT assistance and act as a bridge between clients and higher-level teams to ensure timely resolutions. The role involves coordinating with colleagues on diverse tasks, reviewing and implementing new procedures to boost operational performance, generating reports, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a comparable role.
• Experience in customer-facing in a B2B setting.
• Experience in network management or software development.
• Previous help desk support experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Self-motivated, organized, independent, and a team player.
