Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design.
• 3+ years as ELV presales and support engineer.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, intercom or other ELV systems.
• CCNA or equivalent security vendor training preferred.
• Experience in project management and product selection/design.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Take on site/project tasks and ensure equipment operates to spec.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and fault repair.
• Develop and deliver customer training.
• Prepare testing reports and user feedback.
• Assist in pre-sales and after-sales support activities.
