Job summary

Hilton in Abu Dhabi is seeking a junior sous chef to lead daily kitchen operations and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will work hands-on with the culinary team to ensure consistent quality across Food & Beverage outlets, from preparation to service.

You'll develop seasonal menus, assist with stock coordination, and foster collaboration between Front of House and Back of House to uphold Hilton's high standards of hospitality and integrity.

• Provide administrative support including stock takes, ordering and scheduling.
