Your role includes upholding HACCP compliance, mentoring and training staff, and stepping in for the Head Chef when required. Strong English and teamwork are essential for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 yrs experience in a Junior Sous Chef or culinary leadership role.
• Excellent knowledge of a variety of cooking methods and equipment.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a culinary team in a fast-paced hotel.
