Candidates should bring 5–7 years of culinary experience in baking and pastry, strong baking techniques, and excellent teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in the culinary industry, with a focus on baking and pastry.
• Familiarity with the Middle East market is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough handling, and pastry preparation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing a range of baked goods ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards
• Support daily bakery operations including inventory ordering and equipment maintenance
• Collaborate on developing and testing new recipes and seasonal items
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with hygiene and food safety regulations
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to their skill development
• Help manage production schedules and control food costs to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
