Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in culinary, with focus on baking and pastry.
• Familiarity with Middle East market preferred.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough handling and pastry prep.
• Highly organized and efficient in fast-paced kitchen environments.
• Creative, detail-oriented and passionate about baking and pastry arts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing a wide range of baked goods while following recipes and presentations.
