Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab in Dubai seeks an experienced Wine Steward to ensure flawless wine service across our luxury dining venues. You will manage wine temperatures, stock, and par levels while upholding impeccable standards for guests.

The ideal candidate holds a WSET Level 3 or equivalent and has proven training abilities. We offer comprehensive healthcare, development programs, internal mobility, and a competitive tax-free AED salary.

Formación

• Certified task and group trainer.
• WSET Level 3 or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure wines tasted and at correct temperature.
• Control wine orders, stock, and par levels; rotate stock to minimize waste.
• Carry out inventories and maintain temperature records.
• Prepare mise en place and follow cleanliness checklists.
• Attend tables, refill drinks, take new orders, and build rapport with teams.
