Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab in Dubai seeks an experienced Wine Steward to ensure flawless wine service across our luxury dining venues. You will manage wine temperatures, stock, and par levels while upholding impeccable standards for guests.

About the Job

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Ensure all wines are tasted and in pristine condition before serving guests and maintain wine chillers at the correct temperature.
Control and monitor wine orders, stock, and par levels, and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize wastage and spoilage.
Carry out inventories, maintain temperature records, and explain any variances.
Prepare mise and place well in advance and follow checklists and cleaning schedules to ensure readiness and cleanliness.
Attending to all tables during service, refilling and taking fresh orders, and building rapport with teams to enhance teamwork and smooth operations.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Certified task and group trainer.
WSET level 3 or equivalent.
