Job summary

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is seeking a Sommelier to lead the wine program within our luxury resort. You will curate wine selections, maintain the wine cellar, and collaborate with the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have a few years in a similar role at a 5-star property, strong English skills plus a second language, and a formal WSET certification. Experience with Sevenrooms and Micros is a plus.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience in the same role in a 5-star luxury property or fine-dining setting.
• Proficient in English and a second language; European languages desirable.
• WSET certification is required and valued.

Responsibilities

• Embrace the Heart of Jumeirah ethos and uphold brand standards in wine service.
• Create and update wine menus and manage the wine cellar for a diverse, high-quality selection.
• Provide informed wine pairings and supervise wine service across outlets.
