Kaizen Paint in Dubai is seeking a motivated Junior Sales & Project Coordinator to support project sales activities in paints, coatings and construction products. You will prepare quotations, submittals and sales documentation, while building knowledge of our products and applications.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, commerce, marketing, business administration, sales or a related discipline is required.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; able to prepare spreadsheets, documents and presentations.
• Good written and verbal English communication, professional with customers and colleagues.
• Attention to detail, organization and numerical accuracy in quotations, prices and project documentation.
• Exposure to an ERP system is an advantage and eagerness to learn about paint, coatings and construction products.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Sales team in preparing quotations, commercial offers and project submittals.
• Review customer and project requirements to ensure quotations and documentation are accurate.
• Assist in preparing product presentations, technical/product information and other sales support documents.
• Maintain records of quotations, enquiries, project documentation and customer information.
• Assist the Sales team in responding to customer and project-related enquiries.
• Develop understanding of the company's paints and coatings products and their applications.
• Assist with updating and maintaining information in the ERP system.
• Perform general sales administration and documentation duties as required.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales & Project Coordinator to join our team and support our project sales activities within the paints, coatings and construction industry. The role will involve preparing quotations, project submittals and sales documentation while developing a strong understanding of our products and their applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales team in preparing quotations, commercial offers and project submittals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, commerce, marketing, business administration, sales or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong computer skills with good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; candidates should be comfortable preparing spreadsheets, documents and professional presentations.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and numerical accuracy, particularly when working with quotations, prices, quantities and project documentation.
• Previous exposure to an ERP system is an advantage, along with a genuine interest in learning about paint, coating and construction products and project sales.
