Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in paints, coatings, or manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team.
• Prepare sales quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other sales documents.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and finance departments.
• Maintain customer records and update sales reports.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
