Role Purpose:

The Junior Sales Agent supports KS commercial activities within the sales organization, operating under the direct supervision of the Executive General Manager and in functional coordination with the senior commercial team. The role is designed for an early-carer, high-potential profile with strong digital orientation and the ability to leverage social media and AI tools to support lead generation, brand visibility, and commercial development. The position targets motivated individuals with strong learning capacity, ambition, and interest in high-end markets and the UAE business environment.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Support commercial development and lead generation activities.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects through digital channels and social platforms.
• Actively manage social media activity to strengthen personal and KS brand visibility.
• Support relationship-building with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Assist senior sales team members during meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
• Leverage AI tools to support market, sector, and competitor research.
• Enhance lead sourcing, profiling, and qualification.
• Optimize outreach, communication, and content creation.
• Maintain structured and accurate reporting on activities, leads, and opportunities.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
