Job summary

Al Ghurair is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support timely finalization of goods and services for allocated projects in Dubai. You will process Purchase Orders, manage RFQs, and align with project teams to ensure compliance with approved procurement policies.

The role requires 1+ year of relevant procurement experience, a civil engineering diploma or degree, and strong MS Office skills. It is a full-time, on-site position within the UAE construction sector.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
• Experience in procurement within engineering projects preferred.
• Knowledge of procurement terms and commercial practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFQs with complete project documentation for supplier quotes.
• Coordinate with Project teams to align timelines and deliverables.
• Compare supplier quotations against requirements and flag deviations.
• Support negotiations for favorable pricing and terms.
• Assist in issuing Purchase Orders and related procurement documents.
• Track order status, delivery schedules and supplier performance.
