Responsibilities

• Develop list of goods/services required for allocated projects with timelines.
• Prepare and issue RFQs with complete project documents.
• Follow up with suppliers to obtain quotations and assist in analysis.
• Review technical requirements and compare quotations, flagging deviations.
• Assist in supplier negotiations to achieve favorable terms and delivery schedules.
• Prepare purchase orders and related procurement documents per DOA.
