ASGC is seeking a Procurement Engineer – Civil in Dubai to manage procurement activities, source materials, and negotiate with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and over 5 years of experience in procurement with construction main contractors in the UAE/GCC.

Key responsibilities include monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience with a construction main contractor in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction materials, suppliers, and subcontract procurement.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage procurement of civil construction materials, equipment, and subcontract packages.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare RFQs, purchase orders, and procurement contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
