Job summary

MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is seeking a proactive Junior/Middle Project Manager to lead cross-functional marketing and real estate projects for the Georgian market, in Dubai, UAE.

The role requires fluency in Georgian, 1.5+ years of coordination or project/product management experience, and current or recent work in Dubai. You will coordinate internal teams, manage project assets, and ensure timely delivery across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of coordination, team, project or product management experience.
• 2. Fluency in Georgian (written and spoken).
• 3. Either based in Dubai or has worked in Dubai in recent years.
• 4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• 6. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate cross-functional marketing and real estate projects for the Georgian market.
• Own project timelines, priorities, and execution across multiple teams (Architecture, Sales, Marketing, Design, and internal stakeholders).
• Monitor and maintain project-related assets, including websites and marketing materials.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities while keeping projects on track.
