MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is seeking a proactive Junior/Middle Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional marketing and real estate projects for the Georgian market in the UAE (Dubai).

The role requires fluency in Georgian and 1.5+ years of coordination or project management experience. You should currently be based in Dubai or have worked there recently, with a fixed salary and visa sponsorship provided. Work is office-based in Dubai Hills or Al Barsha (Art of Living Mall).

Formación

• 1.5+ years of coordination/team/project or product management experience.
• Fluent in Georgian (written and spoken).
• Based in Dubai or previously worked in Dubai within recent years.
• Able to lead cross-functional marketing and real estate projects for the Georgian market.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate cross-functional marketing and real estate projects for the Georgian market.
• Own project timelines, priorities and execution across multiple teams.
• Maintain project-related assets including websites and marketing materials.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Sales, Marketing, Design and internal stakeholders.
