Job summary

Invest Georgia UAE is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end marketing function across strategy, budgeting, and execution. You will lead Meta Ads, paid campaigns, and lead-generation activities for English and Arabic markets, while monitoring performance and ROI.

You’ll coordinate Bitrix CRM, analytics, SEO, and website tracking, and collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and conversions. Knowledge of Georgian real estate projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven marketing experience in real estate or lead-generation is preferred.
• Strong digital marketing and paid advertising know-how.
• Experience with Meta Ads, CRM, analytics, and tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the overall marketing strategy, plans, and budget.
• Lead online campaigns, across English and Arabic markets, and monitor CPL.
• Coordinate CRM, tracking, SEO, website analytics, and reporting.
• Oversee content and campaigns for Georgian real estate projects and investments.
• Collaborate with agencies, designers, and sales teams to optimize leads.
