Ladwig Consulting in Dubai seeks a Project Manager for Real Estate Development to oversee end-to-end residential and mixed-use projects. Applicants should have 5–7 years in real estate development with UAE exposure, fluent Russian and English, and experience in Russia/CIS markets.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of real estate development and project management experience.
• Mandatory UAE experience with a real estate developer or development consultancy.
• Strong exposure to residential and mixed-use developments.
• Russian and English fluency is required.
• Previous project management experience in Russia/CIS markets is required.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end projects (concept through completion).
• Strong understanding of design coordination, construction processes, and development lifecycle.
• Team management and stakeholder coordination experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• PMP or other project management certification is considered an advantage.
• Architectural, engineering, or construction-related educational background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from concept design to final handover.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution activities.
• Review and monitor design development to ensure alignment with objectives, quality, and timelines.
• Manage tendering processes, contractor evaluations, negotiations, and procurement coordination.
• Supervise on-site execution and ensure compliance with drawings, specs and local regs.
• Monitor progress, risks, budgets, and report to senior management.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical, design, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with UAE authorities, consultants and service providers for approvals.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external project teams in a collaborative environment.
• Ensure successful project completion within timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
