Technopower Group in Sharjah is seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer with hands-on SolidWorks sheet metal experience to support production of generator products at our SAIF Zone facility. You will create 2D drawings and 3D models, develop flat patterns, and revise drawings based on engineering feedback.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with strong English communication. On-site, full-time position in SAIF Zone, Sharjah.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in sheet metal drafting or design.
• Proficient in SolidWorks Sheet Metal module.

About the Role

We're hiring a Junior Mechanical Engineer with hands-on SolidWorks sheet metal experience to join our engineering team at our facility in SAIF Zone, Sharjah. Working under the guidance of our senior engineers, you'll produce accurate drawings and models that support the production of our generator products.

What You'll Do

• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models of sheet metal parts in SolidWorks
• Create flat patterns and DXF files for cutting and bending
• Update and revise existing drawings based on feedback from engineering and production
• Support the preparation of Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Keep drawing files and revision records accurate and well organized

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in sheet metal drafting or design (this role is not suited to fresh graduates)
• Strong working knowledge of SolidWorks, especially the Sheet Metal module
• Basic understanding of sheet metal processes: cutting, bending, and welding
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• Able to work full-time on-site at our SAIF Zone, Sharjah facility

Nice to Have

• SOLIDWORKS Sheet Metal certification (CSWPA-SM)
• AutoCAD experience
• Experience with generators, enclosures, HVAC, electrical panels, or steel fabrication
